The location was perfect for exploring. i especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available at all hours. the staff displayed such kindness and attentiveness. Alisia were pretty good to accommodate my requests.

I noticed our room wasn't always cleaned daily. The bed wasn't made with each service, but alicia kindly provided extra towels the following day

Fantastic Stay in the City Center!

The location is unbeatable. It's close to the main train station! The staff helped with an early check-in, a lifesaver. I really appreciated the cleanliness. The hotel was very neat! Plus, free coffee and tea available 24/7 is such a nice touch.

My room faced a busy street, and the noise at night made sleeping difficult.

The breakfast included many choices, even for vegans, but no meat was available. It included bread, cereals, and fruit. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby, and guests can eat their own food there and use the microwave. That's a plus!

The room was very clean. It included a controllable radiator to keep you warm. It was a great touch. A fan was provided! Earplugs were also available in the room!

The hotel has unlimited water and coffee. It was a nice perk. The staff were helpful with everything. The breakfast included fresh fruit and items. It was good value for money. I appreciated the luggage storage provided before check-in. My luggage was already in my room when I returned!

The room did not have air conditioning. I had to open the window.

This accommodation is located very close to the train station. They were kind enough to provide loaner umbrellas during rainy weather. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The windows opened wide, almost like doors (it was a unique feature).

The lack of air conditioning was noticeable during warmer periods.
